From taking pictures, publishing the property and screening documents to supervising viewings and drawing up contracts. We will take care of it.
During the first meeting, free of obligation, we will give you advice regarding the right asking price in the current market and we will give you styling tips to increase your rental chances.
After our meeting we will offer a suitable rental package with the corresponding contracts. If necessary, we will put you in contact with a company to have your house tested for points, so that you can offer your house to the free sector without any worries.
Once we have come to a mutual agreement, we will guide you through the whole rental process. Personal contact with our clients is very important to us, so we will be your contact during the entire rental period. At the end of the rental we will assist you with the check-out.
We can take care of the following for you
- We will put you in touch with our photographer so that professional photos of your home can be posted online
- The property will be published in our network of relocaters & rental agents, Funda, Pararius, huurwoningen.nl, Roxxle, social media and Matton-residence.nl
- The viewings of the property with potential tenants will be done by us, afterwards we will give you feedback and our advice
- When we have found a tenant we will do the negotiations on your behalf. This is of course in consultation
- We screen the documents of the new tenant with Huurcheck Nederland
- Your preferred contract will be drawn up by us
- We will assist you with check-in and the check-out
